1. Provider
GetMax SEO, operated by Abdellali Lyakine, Hay Zaitoune, Bloc E, No. 254, Tikiouine, Agadir, 80650, Morocco.
2. Services
SEO audits and monthly SEO packages as described on the Pricing page. The exact scope of each order is confirmed by email or written quote before work starts.
3. No ranking guarantee
Search engines control their own algorithms. We commit to professional, white-hat work and transparent reporting, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
4. Client obligations
Provide accurate information and the access needed (website, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile).
5. Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; one-time services are paid before delivery. Prices in USD. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, and cheque (Morocco only). Invoices are payable before the start of each billing period.
6. Duration and cancellation
Monthly plans have no minimum term. Cancel anytime by email with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual property
Content we create for you belongs to you once paid.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned during the last month.
9. Governing law
Moroccan law. Courts of Agadir, Morocco.
